What a gem of a place! I had my wedding band repaired here, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, making me feel right at home. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and provided me with several options to choose from. The repair was done with such precision that it looked even better than before. I was truly impressed by their craftsmanship! They also offer a nice selection of unique jewelry pieces which I couldn't resist browsing through while I waited. If I had to mention something for improvement, it would be nice if they had a better online presence, as I would love to see more of their offerings online. Nonetheless, I will definitely return here for any future jewelry needs!

I recently took my vintage watch in for a battery replacement and some minor repairs. I must say, the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They not only replaced the battery but also cleaned the watch and gave me tips on how to maintain it better. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to ensure it was functioning perfectly. However, I did feel that the wait time was a little longer than I expected, about a week to get my watch back. But, the quality of service made up for it. The environment was welcoming and the conversation with the staff made the visit enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely return for other jewelry needs - I felt valued as a customer and left feeling good about my decision to trust them with my cherished item.
